Turns out that Peter Meyer, Museum Chief of the Trapholt Art Museum in Kolding Denmark which exhibited the installation by artist Marco Evaristti of 10 working blenders containing live fish, was acquitted of animal cruelty charges after a court ruled that the two fish killed had died “instantly” and “humanely.”
