Her writing is without question some of the best to read anywhere. Her life was also fascinating. (And we won&#8217;t go into that <em>awful<\/em> book and film, <em>The Hours<\/em>, which plagiarised her writing style and her life.) Recently, when we explored <a href=\"http:\/\/grumpyvegan.com\/entry.php?id=551\">Beachy Head<\/a> we detoured to Virginia and Leonard Woolf&#8217;s home, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationaltrust.org.uk\/main\/w-vh\/w-visits\/w-findaplace\/w-monkshouse\/\">Monk&#8217;s House<\/a>, in Rodmell, East Sussex.<\/p>\n<p>To stand on such sacred ground was humbling.
