Living in England now and one enjoyment to be relished is The Guardian<\/em> and it’s sister Sunday paper, The Observer<\/em>, but for reasons not abundantly clear both papers have an ignorant attitude about animal issues. Last week’s Observer<\/em> magazine had a gratuitous front page photograph of a chef clutching a pig’s head to his groin as if he was about to fuck it. This week’s issue has a stupid article about “happy meat.”<\/a> With the first article, there is some stupid premise about “let’s ask the top chefs what they would eat if it was their last meal.” Of course, every animal killed for meat is their life taken for a moment’s pleasure for a selfish human regardless of whether it was their last meal or not.<\/p>\n
