Last week&#8217;s <em>Observer<\/em> magazine had a gratuitous front page photograph of a chef clutching a pig&#8217;s head to his groin as if he was about to fuck it. This week&#8217;s issue has a stupid article about <a href=\"http:\/\/observer.guardian.co.uk\/foodmonthly\/story\/0,,2192991,00.html\">&#8220;happy meat.&#8221;<\/a> With the first article, there is some stupid premise about &#8220;let&#8217;s ask the top chefs what they would eat if it was their last meal.&#8221; Of course, every animal killed for meat is their life taken for a moment&#8217;s pleasure for a selfish human regardless of whether it was their last meal or not.<\/p>\n<p>With newspapers like these who needs enemies?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living in England now and one enjoyment to be relished is The Guardian and it&#8217;s sister Sunday paper, The Observer, but for reasons not abundantly clear both papers have an ignorant attitude about animal issues.
